Today I'm going to talk about a sale and a new change to the website. I'll start with the new change.
So the way my business model works is that I never hold onto a ton of stock, often buy-listing it off elsewhere if there's more than 4 copies in the store. Also not really listing foils except cards that only come in foils, and we've starting listing Invocations/Masterpieces etc.... As a result of working this way, it means I'm always able to buy cards when people come to me to sell, and it means that there's always cards coming in and out often leaving holes in the meantime.
The change added to the website is that the first list on the front page is now Recently Restocked items. Because of the way the back-end works, with counting NM and PL as different items, this means that sometimes it will show stock when there's just a condition that's been restocked.
But this means it will always show the last 500 cards which we've added to the store. So if you want to look for cards that weren't in stock when you last checked, that should now be your first point of call. The way the app that I needed to install works, is that it doesn't count cards added before the app was installed. So the 1500+ cards we added earlier this week aren't on the list=/.
A quick note on some of the rarer cards on the store, mostly foils (so the invocations) and Old School cards (ABU+) though there are a few outliers (see the promo stamp Kiora Bests the Sea God). When there aren't a lot of sellers on TCGPlayer some of our cards end up having prices that are far beyond reasonable. IE Far beyond Card Kingdom Converted. If you see a card that falls into this category that you want to buy, please message me and we can sort out a more reasonable price for you.
Right. Sale Time. I prefer not to run sales as frequently as I have been, but I have a couple of collections coming in over the next week and I just need the extra couple of K.
