If you would like us to set aside a card for you, for any reason, we require 10% non-refundable up front. We are then able to hold the card for you for up to 3 weeks. After this point if you haven't finished paying for it the item will go back into the store.

We want you to be able to purchase the cards you want, but at the same time we want to ensure that you intend to purchase the cards we set aside.
