It is important to us here at Magic at Willis that you have a great experience whenever you shop with us. To help with this, we are adding a Ban and Reprint Protection Policy.

If any cards you purchase off us are either reprinted or banned within 21 days of your purchase you may at any point in the 21 days following that announcement, return them to us for a full refund in store credit on the following conditions.

- Cards must be returned in the same condition they were sent in (if they are sent in worse condition we will contact you before moving forward)

- You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with getting the cards back to us.

- We cannot offer refunds on cards that do not arrive (IE get lost in the post). Please keep this in mind when choosing how to send them.

- We cannot offer refunds on more than 4 copies of a given Card Name.

 

Please include your order number in the package you send back to us. This helps us sort out your refund easily and quickly. Send any refunds to.
