Hi all,
So with Christchurch moving in to level 3 this Wednesday, we will be able to start shipping orders. Any orders going to Auckland can only be shipped to Residential addresses at this time, so if you've been having us ship to your business location and you are in Auckland, I either recommend changing your shipping address or waiting until you leave level 4 to make your order.
For those picking up in person, due to level 3 regulations we are not allowed to let you inside or have personal contact with us. What we can do however is leave parcels in our letterbox for you to pick up.
Given that we are able to ship orders again at this time, it is still our plan to close our doors for David and I to take a holiday from Friday the 17th of September-Thursday the 23rd of September. You will still be able to make orders during this time, but we will not ship them until we get back.
If Covid gets worse again, or we are still in level 3 at that time, then the holiday will be rescheduled to a later date, but I just wanted to give you an idea of our thinking.
I am looking forward to being able to ship your orders again, and I bet you are looking forward to receiving them. Though do please keep in mind that there is likely to be shipping delays with NZPost at this time, due to an increased amount of packages they need to process.
The last thing I want to mention is that basically all of the stock picked up from Dunedin is now in the store if you want to check it out. We got a bit lax in our sorting during the lockdown :P.
We are aware that there are still some issues with the website, and we are working on those. We have not forgotten.
