The reserved list is a list of cards Wizards of the Coast has promised they will never ever reprint. Despite what you might think or have heard, WotC reprinting these cards would lose them untold billions in lawsuits. You can be confident when purchasing these cards that they will never be any new copies of these cards and that their prices are very unlikely to go anywhere but up.
