Hi All,
I'm back from Auckland, it was an OK experience. I loved the travel, hanging out, and staying with a friend. I enjoyed catching up with other friends I hadn't seen in a number of years.
I didn't enjoy the hotel staff that refused to call me mam instead of sir. It's also hard sometimes to sort trades when you barely know anyone and aren't playing events.
Legacy probably would have improved that, but the opportunity to pick up a Judge Foil Lightning Bolt for a friend whose been looking for one for quite some time.
It has made me miss travel a lot though.
On the Tax front, thank you for all your help, we still aren't quite there, but we are a lot closer than we were :).
There's a couple of super exciting things in the pipelines, but I don't want to go into details until everything is finalised.
Cardboard Crack has done a lot to sum up my feelings on New Capenna, but I am looking forward to seeing how it plays.
It definitely hits my tangs of Nostalgia for Shards of Alara.
