Hi all, year is going by quickly.
David and I are both still a bit under the weather from all of the intense work in Dunedin a week and a bit ago. We have so very many more cards for you all, but it's taking time to get through them. So far the Strixhaven, MH2, and Advenutres in the Forgotten realms cards have been added to the store, and the pimp list email has been sent out. Hopefully by the end of next week we will have everything else graded and in stock, but we are both being careful to maintain our health as a priority.
Dunedin was fun. I played Neoform affinity for Modern while David played 5c elementals. For my deck, basically between Myr Enforcer, Sojourner's Companion and thought monitor, modern affinity (with actual factual affinity cards) plays a lot of cards with mana value 7. So through in 4 Neoforms, a Craterhoof and a Griselbrand and have a grand old time. David's elemental list was playing the full 20 copies of the mythic elementals from MH2 between main deck and sideboard. It was a sweet list to watch, but way too many different lines for me to want to pick up and play.
For legacy I played Glimpse of Nature affinity. Play Glimpse, cast tons of 0 mana creatures, win with Thassa's Oracle. David played MUD which is what I wish I had played. Urza's Saga makes MUD a competitive deck again, it has been dying off for some time. I really hope the Saga sticks around.
