Hi all,
It's been one heck of a month and even if I don't feel like it, I should have at least one Blog post go up in May :P. First weekend severe headache, 2nd weekend was in Dunedin picking up a pretty massive collection (photo above) and then I caught Covid, and this week I still have Covid (though just a couple of last lingering symptoms). Next week I'm hoping to be in Wellington for Legacy and Cerberus games, but I'll be making a judgement call on that depending on how I feel on the Thursday beforehand.
I won't take advance orders on the trip up to Wellington at this stage because it feels like a coin flip for whether or not I'll be making it at all. What I can do is if you want me to bring up certain cards with me (to trade for) send me an email (willis.mtg@gmail.com) and if I end up making the trip then I'll make sure to bring those cards with me.
This collection we are getting through slowly. We've done Khans fetches, Big reserved list cards and some random foils. In my current state I don't trust myself on grading, and David's been busy keeping up with everything in my absence. I am really looking forward though to being able to get into these boxes and start adding cards to the store. Part of the reason I've been working on random new set foils is that these cards are sleeved and were sleeved on opening and are basically all NM, or if not NM it's very easy to tell.
So yeah, that's how my month has been going, I hope yours has been full of a lot less Covid than mine :P.
