And... back to having no idea what to write about haha. I've preorded some Wilds of Eldraine stock so there should be cards available on Release Weekend. Though there may be some chance of the stock being a little late if we can't get it early. Release weekend happens to be my Mum's 65th Birthday, and I hope you'll understand if I give that priority :).
I'm pretty happy with the choices of Enchanting Tales. It seems to be covering most of the enchantments that are expensive because of low supply rather than because of high demand. Though there are a couple of enchantments that are in high demand as well. The biggest enchantment of low supply that hasn't been announced at the time of writing this is Cover of Darkness. But given that Fear is no longer a mechanic they use, it doesn't surprise me that it isn't included.
It looks like while Wilds of Eldraine Collector boosters come with 3-4 Enchanting Tales cards (like Brothers War) 2 of these 3-4 cards are garunteed uncommons. So it's possible the rare and mythic enchanting tales won't crash quite as hard as the Retro Artifacts did. But of course, time will tell. Though one thing you can be pretty sure of is that the uncommon Tales cards will be crashing hard.
I haven't really done a deep dive into the set yet, as per usual too many sets, with too many words, but what cards are you all looking forward to?
