On a personal side, I'm in a bunch of pain so I won't be talking much this week, it's similar to why I didn't write up a post last week but with added tooth pain.
I have to rest my foot up for another couple of weeks to heal the swelling from my holiday. At the same time I still need to be focusing on proper posture for my back. Something which I've found difficult to do both simultaneously and lying down seems to be the best solution.
This week I've chipped a tooth. I believe it was a previous root canal as there's no nerve pain, but it is pretty spiky and that spike is constantly poking into my cheek until my mouth gets used to it being there. (I have booked a dentist appointment, and if this still hurts Tuesday I'll call the dentist again to see about getting the appointment pulled forward.
But anyways, that's why I'm out of it and you haven't heart from me for a while.
